You are eligible to enroll in the TRICARE Supplement Plan if you are under age 65, not enrolled in Medicare, or dependent child age 21 (or age 23 if full-time student) are also eligible to enrolled.

To be eligible for TRICARE you must be enrolled in DEERS, DEERS is the Defence Enrolment Eligibility Reporting System. It is an automated information system designed to maintain timely and accurate information on service members and dependent who are eligible for military benefits.
